All our powder capsules are time released which are designed to gradually open after swallowing. This allows for a slower release of the ingredients over time to help protect our dietary supplement ingredients from stomach acidity. Ordering with us is quick and simple:

The minimum order quantity is 1 product. However, you can enjoy additional benefits, discounts and / or free shipping when you order larger quantities.

If you would still like to proceed with the cancellation, you generally have the right to cancel your order before your order is processed and dispatched. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to save on your favourite longevity products and services. Once you have added all your products to the shopping bag, enter your promotional code or gift card in the ‘Add a Promotional Code or Gift Card’ box and click ‘Apply’.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, which specifies when you can expect your order to be delivered. For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link in your email or find it in your account to check the status of your delivery.

Yes, during checkout you can select a different delivery address. Your order will default to any saved delivery address, but you can easily add a new one if needed.

Occasionally, we may ship products separately to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. Your dispatch confirmation email will include a list of products that have been sent to you. If the missing product is not listed, please allow extra time for the delivery.
