Note that delivery times may be longer outside UAE due to customs policies. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs authorities. You should note that customs policies and practices, tax policies and other import-related policies and charges vary widely from country to country. Please note:
- Customers in UAE and KSA are subject to VAT tax (5% in UAE and 15% in KSA). The exact amount will be shown before you place your order and must be paid by you during the ordering process on our website
- Customers in UAE are not subject to import duties and fees
- Customers in KSA and Kuwait are subject to additional import duties and fees (5%). The exact amount will be shown before you place your order and must be paid by you during the ordering process on our website
- Customers in all other countries may be subject to import duties, VAT and / or other fees and charges. In that case, you will be charged by the customs authorities of your country or by the courier service during delivery of your order. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Should any such surcharge be applied, you will have to clear them before your order is released to you. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at your own cost (including delivery shipping costs, handling costs and return to origin shipping cost). - Due to recent changes made by KSA Customs, customers with orders valued over SAR1,000 will have to provide the following on collection: Consignee First, Middle and Last Name, Consignee Date of Birth (Day – Month – Year), ID or Iqama Expiration Date (Day – Month – Year). Failure to do so will cause the parcel to be returned to us at your own cost (including delivery shipping costs, handling costs and return to origin shipping cost)
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, a re-delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2-3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, any refund amount due will be reduced by delivery shipping costs, handling costs and return to origin shipping costs.
Returns & Refund Process
We want you to shop with confidence and receive exceptional customer service. Please carefully inspect your shipment upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. For health and hygiene reasons, only in the case of a defect, damaged or an incorrect Product, we will accept returns, cover the return costs and either provide a replacement or refund the original purchase price to you.
A return request in the case of a defect, damaged or an incorrect Product, must be filed within 4 days after receiving the item unused, unopened and in original packaging. Contact us at the below email-address to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number, location, and reason of return (including pictures). After receiving and inspecting your return request, we will notify you of the outcome. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Your refund of the corresponding purchase amount (including applicable shipping fees, if any) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow 10-45 business days (after your return request has been approved) for refunds to be shown on your card account due to third-party payment timelines and your bank’s processing timelines. To ensure that your return arrives safely, we ask that you send the return in a way that is trackable. This gives you and us the certainty of being able to check the status and receipt of the return at any time.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt, if the above criteria is not met we are unable to issue a refund and items will be returned to you at your cost (including delivery shipping costs and handling costs).
